All High Octane Trades subscription payments are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or early cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain full access through the period you have already paid for and will not be charged again. To cancel, log in to your account or email support@highoctanetrades.ai.

You may re-subscribe at any time at the then-current rate.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly at support@highoctanetrades.ai before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us will result in permanent account suspension and ineligibility for any future purchases.
Accounts suspended or banned for violations of our Terms of Service or Discord community guidelines are not entitled to any refund or prorated credit for the remaining billing period.
